"Welcome to the Information Resource Center and Library of the Saint Francis of Assisi College (SFAC). The Center/Library is committed to uphold its Vision/Mission of providing relevant, up-to-date and valuable information materials in support to our school's objectives of providing quality education to its students. Books and other information materials are well-organized and processed to make them searchable and retrievable. In view of the modern trend, the library worked closely with the SFAC School of Engineering and Computer Studies (SECS) in the development and maintenance of a Library and Information Management System wherein bibliographic details of these materials can be accessed thru Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC).
To substantiate with our collected information resources, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) through its Science and Technology Information Institute (STII) has provided our school with a kiosk for their Starbook. The Starbook serves as portal to the digitized information on science, technology, mathematics, and related fields. It consist of bibliographic data and texts from various sources. "
The Saint Francis of Assisi College thru its Information Resource Center/Library encouraged all students,teachers, faculty members, and staff to visit the Library so as to enjoy and benefit with the valuable and current information from its available wealth of resources.

The Saint Francis of Assisi College(SFAC) Library is envisioned to provide the Franciscan Community with quality education through a "Learning Resource Center" equipped with complete relevant, up-to-date, and valuable reading materials/learning references and modern facilities.
It is in the spirit of a "True Franciscan" that our Library is committed to provide the Franciscan Community with quality education by providing a "Learning Resource Center" complete with reading materials and upgrade learning references.
ALL LIBRARY USERS ARE ENCOURAGE TO ABIDE BY THE SFACS LIBRARY POLICY AND GUIDELINES. ANY VIOLATION WILL MEAN REVOCATION OF LIBRARY PRIVILAGES FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD DEPENDING UPON THE GRAVITY OF THE OFFENSE.
