General Admission Requirements

SCHOOL

    Students, regardless of sex, age, nationality, religious belief, or political affiliation are welcome to Saint Francis of Assisi College. This is in compliance with the Philippine Constitution as well as the laws of the country and within the framework of the mission statement of Saint Francis of Assisi College

    A student’s application for admission will be duly processed when the applicant complies with all the academic requirements and qualifications set forth by the College, as prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

    The College, however, reserves the right at any time to refuse or to admit students under certain conditions

    ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR COLLEGE

    Requirements to be submitted to the Admission Office:

    FOR FRESHMEN

  • 1. True copy of Form 138 (Official Grade 12 School Card)

  • 2. Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate

  • 3. Four (2) copies of recent 2” x 2” colored ID pictures

  • 4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • 5. Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate / Result for ALS passer


  • FOR TRANSFEREES AND RETURNEES

  • 1. Original Report Card

  • 2. Original Transcript of Records (TOR)

  • 3. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • 4. Original Honorable Dismissal

  • 5. PSA Certified Birth Certificate (Photocopy only but need to bring original copy for verification purposes)

  • 6. Two copies of recent identical 2×2 ID picture in white background

    The School of Business Administration (SBA) prepares students to be professionals in the field of Finance, Marketing and Operations Management, by giving them relevant and timely foundation concepts, theories and practices in business management and administration. Incorporating emerging technology application, providing global classroom environment to easily adapt to the changing world of business and developing self-confidence through modern communications and upholding the culture of excellence through the Franciscan values of faith and humility.

    The School of Computer Studies (SCOM) is committed to prepare students to be professionals in the field of Information and Communication Technology by providing them analytical, technical and communication skills through appropriate concepts, principles, research and technology development. Train them to become accustomed to work environment, develop personal integrity and upholding the culture of excellence through the Franciscan values of faith and humility.

    The School of Education adheres to its commitment to equip future teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and skills required to perform tasks in the school; and to the development of a professional that is active in the pursuit of higher levels of academic competence and professional existence, committed to the improvement of the quality of life of all learners, dedicated to the promotion of a just and humane society, and imbued with love of God, nature and country.
