General Admission Requirements School

-->Students, regardless of sex, age, nationality, religious belief, or political affiliation are welcome to Saint Francis of Assisi College. This is in compliance with the Philippine Constitution as well as the laws of the country and within the framework of the mission statement of Saint Francis of Assisi College

-->A student’s application for admission will be duly processed when the applicant complies with all the academic requirements and qualifications set forth by the College, as prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

-->The College, however, reserves the right at any time to refuse or to admit students under certain conditions


The College reserves the right to accept or refuse the application of students.

The College reserves the rights to drop or dismiss those who make false statements in the application for admission.

-->Senior High School graduates who were not able to enter College right after graduation for one semester or more must submit a certification from their principal stating that their Form 137 has never been released or forwarded to any other school.

For Freshmen

1. True copy of Form 138 (Official Grade 12 School Card)

2. Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate

3. Four (4) copies of recent 1” x 1” colored ID pictures

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

For Transferees

1. Official Transcript of Records or Copy of Grades

2. Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate

3. Honorable Dismissal or Letter of Recommendation (from the Registrar, Academic Chair or Chair of Student Affairs)

4. Four (4) copies of recent 1” x 1” colored ID pictures

For Transferees

1. Original Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
